1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all ENEXSIM services related to prepaid eSIM and SIM card reselling.

2. Description of Services

• eSIM & SIM Card Reselling: Customers can register and purchase prepaid eSIMs/SIM cards via the ENEXSIM website or mobile app.
• Registration for ENEXSIM Services: Customers must provide details such as First Name, Last Name, and Email during registration.
• ENEXSIM Commitments: ENEXSIM strives for high service standards but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Customer Responsibilities: Users must avoid fraud, misuse, or actions that impair the network.

3. Start, Duration, and Termination of the Contract

The contract begins upon successful order placement and terminates if the eSIM is removed or no active data package is maintained.

4. Charges and Payment

• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Credit/Debit card in USD, processed securely through Revolut.
• Charges: All displayed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

Customers receive their eSIM instantly via email and through the ENEXSIM platform. Installation instructions are provided upon purchase.

6. Refund / Cancellation / Modification Policy

• Refunds are available for activation issues caused by ENEXSIM within 30 days.
• Incompatible devices may receive an 80% refund.
• Fraudulent transactions will not be refunded.

7. Liability and Warranty

ENEXSIM is not responsible for service interruptions or network availability issues.
